Project Management

Additional to working as a designer, I am very passionate about organizing the framework for succesful projects.

During my work at Studio WHITEvoid I gained experience in taking responsibility for all aspects of design projects and handling progressively growing design teams.

I successfully manage tasks such as art direction, competitive presentations, team supervision, project schedules and the communication between team and clients.

In the early stages of a project I take care of technical planning, cost calculation and tendering procedures.

Working with international clients for years, I also have experience in the organisation of shipments and filing the neccessary customs documents to worldwide destinations including Russia, Taiwan, the US, Canada and the EU.
